You may recognize this Love birds painting from earlier, this time it was done in the Peter Lugheed ICU.
The nurses got together and had this paint party for a patient who has been in the hospital for months awaiting a lung transplant along with his wife.
I taught this coffee cup painting at a beautiful cafe in Ingelwood, the painting was for a Yelp elite Networking event and the photos were taken by their photographer.
Everyone was concentrating so hard on the paintings, some people chose different colors for their paintings.
Here are the finished coffee cups.
What do you get when you have a group of 8-10 year old girls and art supplies? Princesses! The girls each got to design their princess before bringing her to life on a canvas.
These are mixed media canvases, the princesses were adorned with paint, gems, paint pens, gold foil, and sparkles.

Throwback scrapbook page, for this one I used stamps as well as distressing to create the background page. I distressed the photo mat's as well as the photo itself as well to give it all a cohesive look.
I added little grommets or eyelets to the strips of paper containing the text in order to add a bit more texture to the page.
All of the flowers and leaves actually came from fussy-cutting other scrapbook paper that I had. Every time I fussy-cut I promise myself I'll never do it again and then when I forget how frustrating it is for me I end up doing it again. I'm glad I did though, because the elements look beautiful on the page. They've been stuck down with a little bit of double sided foam so that they stick up from the page itself.
