1 cup Basmati Rice
1 cup Methi Leaves, roughly chopped
¼cup Mint Leaves, roughly chopped
1 cup Chickpeas, cooked
1 Onion thinly sliced
2-3 Green Chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 inch piece Cinnamon stick
1 Bay leaf
Salt, to taste
