This little open faced sandwich combines smoked salmon with a delicious cream cheese mixture. It's a great canapé which is simple to put together and tastes quite delicious.
250 g light cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp dill leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
1/2 lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
15 slices crostini
400 g sliced smoked salmon
