I know it's a bit early but it's been feeling like spring here for a while now. This recipe isn't ice-cream or sorbet so you can make it without an ice-cream maker- all you need to do is freeze this in a tray and then scrape it with a fork before scooping some out to eat. You can make different flavors by using the pulp of any other fruit that you like. This recipe is super simple, fresh, and it’s delicious!
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water
3 cups sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
